Blackstone Community Update

"Blackstone El Dorado - Information Center Now Open"

EL DORADO HILLS, CA: Construction at Blackstone El Dorado is well underway, and already the community has made a striking impression on area homebuyers. With the Information Center now open, home shoppers are encouraged to visit the site and learn even more about this exciting community.

Noted master planned community developers Lennar and AKT Development have spent the last two years working plans for the 990 acre master planned community that will host approximately 1,500 homes at build-out.

Blackstone El Dorado - Eco Friendly with Recycled Water and Solar"

EL DORADO HILLS, CA: "Living Green", the universal term for preserving our world's natural resources, has definitely caught on at Blackstone El Dorado in El Dorado Hills.
